Qualifications

* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Degree or equivalent qualification


Experience

* Outstanding classroom teacher and tutor
* Sustained performance securing very good student outcomes
* Ability to teach Computer Science to KS4
* Ability to teach Computer Science to A‑Level

* Effective planning for practical lessons to support outstanding delivery
* Confidence in own ability to be effective and take on challenges

* Lead on Computer Science teaching and learning across all Key Stages
* Collaborate with the dedicated and enthusiastic Computer Science team to engage and excite students across all year groups
* Support the development of students into independent learners capable of creative thinking
* Contribute to the continuous improvement of teaching practice and curriculum delivery
* Encourage students to pursue further study in Computer Science and IT related subjects at university
