Key Responsibilities
* Guest Interaction: Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner, show them to their tables, and provide menus.
* Order Management: Take accurate food and drink orders, provide recommendations, and address any customer questions or inquiries.
* Service: Serve food and beverages promptly and efficiently, ensuring they meet restaurant standards.
* Customer Care: Nurture relationships with guests, ensure their comfort, and resolve any concerns or complaints to guarantee satisfaction.
* Communication: Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff to relay orders and coordinate service, and with bar staff for beverage requests.
* Environment Maintenance: Keep the dining area, tables, and bar clean and organized.
* Transactions: Accurately handle cash and credit card payments.
* Safety & Sanitation: Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation procedures.
