About us
At Apollo Home Healthcare, we provide high-quality, person-centred care to people in the comfort of their own homes. Every individual we support has unique needs – we tailor every care package to them, building a compassionate and skilled team around their requirements.
We live and work by the 6 Cs: Care, Compassion, Competence, Communication, Courage, and Commitment – and we’re looking for people who share those values.
Meet Our Client
We are supporting a new package of care in Gerrards Cross (SL9), caring for a bright and resilient 9-year-old girl with cerebral palsy who lives at home with her parents and siblings. She loves sensory play and has her own sensory room. She also enjoys being read to, singing nursery rhymes, playing interactive games and using her iPad and other assistive technology.
She requires 2:1 support both during the day and overnight, which includes respiratory management including deep suctioning, seizure management with rescue medication, as well as assistance with personal care, daily living activities, and home learning.
We are looking for confident, compassionate carers with excellent communication skills, experience supporting children with complex clinical needs, and the flexibility to work within a set rolling rota. You should also feel comfortable following infection control measures, to include wearing of PPE, and supporting the family on holidays abroad.
Please note: Drivers are essential, as staff will be required to use the family’s automatic vehicle.
This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a new care package, making a real difference in a child’s life.
Please note: Due to the nature of our vacancies, our clients have the right to request either female or male staff. Our client has requested females only to join their care team.
