A well established and growing property and construction consultancy are looking for an experienced Clerk of Works to join their expanding team. The business delivers a wide range of services including Project Management, Building Surveying, Quantity Surveying, Health & Safety, Design, Dispute Resolution and Fire Safety consultancy across both public and private sector clients.

The Role
You will work closely with project teams across a range of new build and refurbishment schemes, predominantly within the residential sector. The role will involve regular site based inspections, ensuring works are delivered in line with contractual requirements, technical standards and fire safety regulations.
Key duties will include conducting site inspections, monitoring quality and compliance and producing detailed inspection reports using digital systems. You will also carry out snagging inspections ahead of Practical Completion and issue defect reports where required.
