SALARY: GBP25,600 per annum
SETTING: 40 hours per week. Office based with two days a week working from home after the first 8 weeks of training.

LOCATION: Livingston
JOB SPECIFICATION: 1st Line IT Support
This role is within the helpdesk team at our Livingston office. You will be the first point of contact for customers, logging all technical incidents and requests via phone or email, and resolving them according to our service level agreements. You will take full ownership of tickets to ensure consistent communication with customers. You will collaborate with other technical support team members to reach satisfactory resolutions.
REQUIREMENTS: We seek candidates with 6-12 months of experience in a technical role or strong customer service call center experience, particularly on a helpdesk. Experience with Ivanti, ServiceNow, or ITSM tools is a plus, but all training is provided. We welcome applicants with a strong customer service background who are interested in IT, as full training will be provided.
