The qualities we’re seeking are: Personality, confidence and drive with flair, enthusiasm and an appetite for being hospitable. Experience in a kitchen, cooking for a minimum of one year. Knowledge of our style of service, food and drinks. Maintains our standards but contributes ideas, methods and helps drive us forward.
