Tenancy Sustainment WorkerSalary: PAYE £15.34Hours: 37.5 hours per weekContract type: 3 months+Location: ExeterWorking Pattern: Monday - Friday, between 8:00am - 9:00pmAbout the Role We are looking for a dedicated Tenancy Sustainment Worker to support customers in maintaining their accommodation and developing the skills and confidence to successfully manage their homes. You will play a key role in ensuring customers have access to appropriate services, safe and suitable housing, and ongoing support. Working closely with internal teams and external agencies, you will help individuals sustain their tenancies, maximise their income, and access the right support at the right time. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference to the lives of vulnerable people within a supported housing environment.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport customers to sustain their tenancies and manage their accommodationAssist individuals in building independent living skills and confidenceWork collaboratively with colleagues and external agenciesManage and monitor rent accountsSupport customers to maximise income and access benefitsConduct risk assessments and manage challenging situationsMaintain accurate records, reports, and case notesEnsure compliance with safeguarding, health and safety, and organisational policiesAbout YouTo be successful in this role, you will have:Experience supporting individuals with housing-related needsExperience managing risk and responding to challenging behaviourKnowledge of safeguarding, risk management, and health & safetyStrong organisational and time management skillsAbility to remain calm under pressure and find practical solutionsGood written and verbal communication skillsExperience maintaining accurate records and reportsA valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicleQualificationsEssential:Good level of literacy and numeracySafeguarding certificationEvidence of continuous professional developmentDesirable:CIH qualification (or willingness to work towards)NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in a relevant field For more info, please contact Cali Webb on or apply now.
