Corporate Communications Manager
£350 - £400 a day pay to umbrella
8 to 10 week day rate contract starting in mid-October
Can be fully remote - travel once or twice a month to London
The Role:
We're working with a household name in retail to hire a Corporate Communications / PR Manager to help shape how the brand is seen by the public.
This role would be perfect for someone who is skilled with writing press releases and holds experience working in-house or at an agency on corporate communications for a customer facing brand who wants to add a fantastic name to their CV.
This would be a very hands-on role across social media presence, reputational comms, press release writing and thought leadership pieces.
Responsibilities Include:
Building strong networks across the business to identify communications opportunities and reputational risks
Help manage the corporate comms calendar
Deliver brand reputation campaigns, working closely with the PR agency
Oversee press releases and media interviews
Engage key influencers across the business
Protect the brand's reputation in crisis situations and offer advice to senior leaders
Own Corporate Social presence
What We're Looking for:
Experience working in a large matrix organisation FTSE250 or equivalent
Must have experience in PR / Corporate Comms for a consumer facing brand
Must be a great copywriter and happy to take on varied responsibilities in PR & Comms
Must be available for a start in the next 2 weeks
Must be UK based (can work fully remotely but will be 2 or 3 trips to London)
