What you would do as our HR Advisor
As our HR Advisor, you will join our HR Shared Services team on a 9-month maternity cover, playing a key role in delivering exceptional HR support across the business. Based at our Portobello site in Willenhall, youll work closely with the Head of HR to deliver outstanding HR support and partner with managers to drive positive outcomes.
This is your chance to bring your expertise to lifeproviding guidance on employee relations, including disciplinary and grievance matters, and contributing to exciting HR projects that shape our people strategy.
