What Are We Looking For? Due to internal promotion, our Asset Management business platform is looking to hire an experienced Design Manager to join us on a permanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to provide technical direction and leadership to a multi-disciplinary team, as you work in partnership with our Delivery teams to service the Water industry. The Design Manager will create and execute development plans across multiple projects, utilising their knowledge of industry trends to provide guidance and insight on how we can improve services to our clients. Some of Your Key Duties Include: 1. Provide technical direction for the development, design, and systems integration across multiple client engagements from definition phase through to implementation. 2. Recognise design deficiencies and implement effective solutions. 3. Management of multiple technical teams within budget and project schedules. 4. Challenge others to develop as leaders whilst clarifying roles and responsibilities. 5. Suggest alternative technical solutions to meet client requirements more efficiently.
