Meet Our Clients Were currently supporting adult and child clients in the Telford area and are looking for compassionate, dedicated individuals to deliver high-quality, person-centred care tailored to their needs. In this role, youll manage clinical interventions, assist with daily care routines, and support clients in meaningful activitiessuch as spending time with family and friends or going on outings in the community. With younger clients, youll engage in their favourite activities, including arts and crafts, outdoor play, educational games, and sensory activities.
