Responsibilities
* Manage the caseload for disrepair surveying team responsible for responsive repairs to the stock of dwellings, buildings and land managed by Landlord Services.
* Act as lead consultant providing expert witness advice and reports to a range of officers in relation to technical housing matters, including PAD applications, FOIs, SARs, EIR’s, Ombudsman reports, Disrepair claims, and complaints, and Accident Litigation claims.
* Court attendance to act as a witness for BCC to defend disrepair claims will be required as part of the role.
