Private Client Lawyer
Location: West Dorset
Hours: 9:00 am - 5:15 pm, Monday to Friday
Salary: From £50,000 (dependent on experience)
The Opportunity
We are recruiting on behalf of a well‑established regional law firm for an experienced 'Private Client Lawyer' to join their newly expanded office in West Dorset. What You'll Do
* Manage a broad caseload of private client matters with confidence and technical proficiency.
* Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with clients.
* Contribute to business development and the strategic planning of the department.
* Collaborate with colleagues across different practice areas to share best practices.
* Work independently while also providing mentorship and support to junior members of the team.
What We're Looking For
* At least 5 years' PQE in private client law.
* Deep technical knowledge across a wide range of private client issues.
* Proactive, client‑focused mindset.
* Strong communication, interpersonal and networking skills.
* A genuine interest in business development and collaborative working.
