Position: SEND Teacher (Day-to-Day & Short-Term Supply)
* Location: Moseley
* Pay: £140-£200 (dependent on experience / MPS/UPS scales)
* Hours: Flexible shifts (Typically 8:30am - 3:30pm)
* Start Date: September onwards

Key Responsibilities
* Classroom Leadership: Lead and deliver engaging, accessible lessons for primary-aged pupils with diverse special educational needs (SEND).
* Team Management: Guide and collaborate with the classroom Teaching Assistants to ensure a safe, productive, and happy learning environment.
* Personal Care Oversight: Ensure the well-being of all pupils. While TAs primarily assist with personal care, you will oversee a safe environment. Note: Personal care is always conducted with multiple staff members present.
* Adaptability: Confidently transition between different primary SEND classes and quickly implement existing lesson plans or individual education targets.
Requirements
* Qualifications: Must hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognized teaching qualification.
* Experience: Strong experience teaching children with SEND (e.g., ASC, ADHD, severe learning difficulties, or complex needs) is highly preferred.
* Compliance: You must hold an Enhanced DBS on the update service or be willing to apply for a new one.
