Your Role as a Home Health LPN
As a BAYADA LPN, you will:
* Follow personalized care plans to meet each patient's needs.
* Provide medication administration, wound care, treatments, and patient monitoring.
* Work independently in the field while collaborating with a clinical team.
* Document care using electronic charting.
What You Need to Join Our Team
* Active LPN license in South Carolina
* Strong communication and time management skills
* Ability to work independently and travel to patient homes
