These roles are perfect for individuals passionate about supporting students’ wellbeing, behaviour, and personal development in a secondary school environment. The successful candidates will work closely with the school’s pastoral and teaching teams to provide behaviour support, guidance, and mentorship for students. You will assist with monitoring behaviour, supporting interventions, liaising with parents/carers, and contributing to care plans, helping to create a positive and safe school environment.
