Your new role
With a positive approach to teamwork and doing things right first time, you will support production with preventative and reactive maintenance needs. Not just fixing the issue but aligned with culture, always seeking a way to deliver improvement and reduce downtime, which in turn supports the team goal. Daily maintenance, installations, improvements are all part of the team's remit and supported in a strong structure by a respected management team. This is a shift based role on a 3 on 3 off rotational pattern.
What you'll need to succeed
They are looking for the right person as much as the right skills to ensure the positive and collaborative culture continues to thrive. You will need a level 3 qualification in a related engineering area (electrical, mechanical, mufti skilled), IT skills,munication skills and proven fault-finding skills.
