Here is the link to apply for that vacancy as well Teacher of Mathematics 0.6FTE - PKC13649 The Principal Teacher of Mathematics will lead and manage our Mathematics faculty. This is a key leadership role focused on driving the strategic development of opportunities to support the development of essential numeracy skills for all children and young people. A central aspect of the role is to cultivate a positive and inspiring learning environment that promotes highly effective learning and teaching which motivates young people to engage fully in their learning. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing an exciting and engaging curriculum, while also supporting the ongoing professional development of staff within the faculty. The successful candidate will provide strategic direction, lead the faculty team, and monitor the quality of learning and teaching to ensure continuous improvement across all aspects of the faculty s work. As Principal Teacher of Mathematics, you will be responsible for leading the development and delivery of high-quality learning experiences across your faculty. You will ensure that all learning is thoughtfully planned to meet the diverse needs of young people, while overseeing a broad and engaging range of courses. In addition to your faculty responsibilities, you will play a key role in planning and driving aspects of whole-school improvement. About the School The Community School of Auchterarder is an all-through school, comprising Nursery, Primary and Secondary departments serving the community of Auchterarder and surrounding district. We have a roll of approximately 1,060 children and young people across all three sectors Plans are also underway to establish a new Intensive Support Provision at The Community School of Auchterarder which will be an important and integral part of our school offer.
