Job title: Retail Store Manager
Location: 34-36 Goose Gate, Hockley, NG1 1FF, Nottingham, United Kingdom
Salary: £25,781.25 per year
Role: Full-time
Hours: 37.5 hours per week to be worked over five days out of seven on a rota

What you'll be doing
* Driving the business by knowing your local marketplace and taking responsibility for day-to-day store performance.
* Maintaining high levels of visual merchandising to continually raise store presentation standards.
* Putting the customer first and coaching the team on delivering great customer service.
* Promoting our brand through the community, customer base, and store social platforms.
* Leading and inspiring the team with flexible coaching and leadership styles.
* Managing operations to ensure compliance with legislation, health and safety, and company procedures; creating a safe and positive store experience.
* Building strong partnerships and effective communication with stock-to-store functions for right stock at the right time.
* Promoting sustainability and the charity, The Aegis Trust, to colleagues, volunteers, and customers through effective communication and passion for the cause.

* Previous experience in a retail management role (essential).
