The Role
As Chef de Partie, you will take ownership of your section and play a key role in delivering consistently high standards across the kitchen.
You will:
* Run your section from prep through to service
* Maintain high standards of organisation, mise en place and consistency
* Deliver clean, well-executed dishes using seasonal ingredients
* Place orders, manage stock and maintain your section efficiently
* Support and guide junior chefs within the brigade
* Assist across sections where required
* Contribute to a positive, professional kitchen culture
You will be working as part of a brigade delivering a 3 Rosette dining experience, with clear expectations around quality, discipline and teamwork
