Responsibilities Prepare and submit monthly management accounts and quarterly reports in a timely manner. Assist in implementing and monitoring performance metrics and KPIs across business units Support the teams with annual financial audits and ensure timely submission of audited accounts to the necessary authorities. Responsible for preparation of all regulatory financial reporting. Overseeing daily reconciliation and liquidity management across payment accounts and embedded clients to ensure compliance with safeguarding regulations and cards scheme adherence. Drive automation of reporting obligations through understanding of data flows, and familiarisation with various reporting platforms. Monitor the company-wide implementation and performance of the strategic plan. Assist in developing long term financial projections in line with the growth of the Company. Ensuring that all accounting records and information on file are kept up to date Responsible for maintaining up-to-date Finance Manual and Procedures and ensuring adherence to policies and procedures Assist in managing cashflow and funding responsibilities Support the CFO and other functions of the Institution in their financial reporting requirements.
