Your Role Will Involve:
* Collaborating with experienced teaching staff in primary or specialist schools across High Wycombe
* Providing tailored support to students with additional needs, including autism, ADHD, and SEMH
* Supporting learning and development in one-on-one and small group settings
* Promoting positive behaviour, emotional wellbeing, and confidence
* Developing hands-on experience in inclusive, student-focused teaching approaches
We're Looking for Someone Who:
* Holds a degree in any discipline and is motivated by impact, not just income
* Brings empathy, patience, and strong interpersonal skills
* Has experience working with children or young people - or feels naturally suited to it
* Is adaptable, reflective, and eager to learn
* Doesn't need formal teaching qualifications - just dedication and heart
