Covering the Midlands region, you’ll be selling market-leading commodity products that are critical to countless projects across diverse industries. You’ll manage a mix of loyal existing customers while driving new business to help expand the brand’s strong regional presence.
The Role
* Manage and grow relationships with established customers across the Midlands
* Identify and secure new business opportunities in the construction, industrial, and commercial sectors
* Split your time between field visits, office work, and remote activity for flexibility and effectiveness
* Develop and present tailored proposals to clients, negotiating to close profitable deals
* Maintain an accurate pipeline and provide regular sales reports and market feedback
* Collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver excellent customer service
About You
* Experience in a field-based B2B sales role, ideally with exposure to construction, industrial, or commercial products
* Comfortable managing both existing accounts and proactively pursuing new business
* Strong relationship-building skills and excellent commercial awareness
* Organised and driven, able to manage your own diary and meet targets
* Confident communicator and negotiator who can build trust and deliver solutions
* Full UK driving licence
