Our client is seeking a dynamic and analytical Customer Insight Analyst to join their innovative Data and Insight team! Key Responsibilities Design & Implement Surveys: Lead the creation of customer insight surveys (satisfaction, perception, and transactional) that are statistically robust and aligned with industry regulations. Data Integrity Monitoring: Ensure survey performance and data quality while continuously seeking improvement opportunities. Feedback Analysis: Dive deep into both quantitative and qualitative customer feedback to uncover sentiment, trends, and key areas for enhancement. Segmentation Models: Develop detailed customer segmentation models to inform strategic service delivery. Engaging Presentations: Craft compelling, data-driven presentations for senior stakeholders, turning complex insights into clear, actionable outcomes. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Facilitate insight workshops and foster collaboration across departments to inspire customer-led innovation. What We're Looking For Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in data analysis and advanced analytical skills using analytical tools. Excellent SQL skills for managing and querying large datasets. Familiarity with survey platforms like CX Feedback or Survey Monkey. Experience in text analytics and sentiment analysis. Personal Attributes: Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills, especially with senior managers and Board members. A curious mindset with a passion for translating data into practical service improvements. Commitment to inclusive, customer-centric service delivery, especially for vulnerable groups. Qualifications Degree-level qualification or relevant experience in an analytical field such as Statistics, Data Science, Social Research, or Market Research.
