We are seeking an Achievement and Progress Coach to work closely with the Assistant Principal to monitor attendance and academic progression within the Engineering faculty. This fixed-term role runs from September 2025 to July 2026, with options for full-time or part-time (term time only, 36 weeks).
The successful candidate will provide practical advice and emotional support to students and serve as the main contact between the College, students, and their families.
Ideal candidates will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, sound IT skills (Microsoft Office suite desirable), and experience working in Further Education or supporting young people, which would be advantageous.
