Now, we’re looking for our first Devops Lead — someone ready to take ownership of our infrastructure and help us scale into the years ahead.

About the role
* Own and evolve the DevOps strategy across both Azure and AWS environments.
* Lead infrastructure projects including cloud migrations, cost optimizations, disaster recovery planning, and security hardening.
* Modernize legacy systems, working across inherited Azure environments with .NET and Ruby stacks.
* Drive IaC adoption, particularly Terraform, across all environments.
* Collaborate with engineering leads to ensure CI/CD pipelines are robust, scalable, and secure.
* Define and enforce DevOps best practices, helping the team move faster without compromising reliability or compliance.
* Be our go-to DevOps authority, mentoring engineers and advocating for infrastructure excellence.
About you
* 5+ years in DevOps, SRE, or infrastructure engineering roles, including project leadership.
* Deep experience with Azure, AWS, and hybrid cloud environments.
* Strong proficiency in Terraform and Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) practices.
* Solid experience with CI/CD, observability tooling, incident response, and automated deployments.
* Comfort navigating and improving legacy infrastructure and multi-language environments (.NET and Ruby).
* A security-first mindset with experience implementing secure cloud architectures.
* A proactive approach to cost management and optimization.
* Strong communication and leadership skills – you’ll be expected to drive initiatives, not just participate in them.
