This is a home-based role with the flexibility to work from offices located across the UK.
Salary package on offer for the role of Financial Advisor:
* £100,000 – £200,000 OTE (based on lead conversion and self-generated business)
* Admin/ Paraplanning support
* Access to their Office
* Marketing team providing leads
Financial Advisor requirements:
* Diploma-qualified (Level 4 or equivalent in financial advice)
* Full UK driving licence
* Existing client bank (additional leads also provided)
* Self-Sufficient
* Ethical and client-focused mindset
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Key responsibilities of the Financial Advisor:
* Delivering holistic financial advice tailored to individual client needs
* Building and maintaining long-term, trusted client relationships
* Promoting a wide range of financial products and services
* Managing and growing your client portfolio with full back-office and compliance support
