Residential Conveyancer – Cannock
A respected law firm is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner to join its growing Walsall office. This is a full-time, permanent role offering the chance to manage a varied residential property caseload in a supportive, professional environment.
As a conveyancer in this team you will handle your own residential property caseload to include:
* Handling freehold and leasehold sales/purchases
* Managing new-build transactions and remortgages
* Overseeing transfers of equity, lease extensions and first registrations
* Providing land law advice and managing non-transactional matters
To be considered you must be:
* Qualified Legal Executive, Licenced Conveyancer, or experienced Paralegal
* Confident managing files from instruction to completion
* Strong knowledge of residential conveyancing law
* Team player with excellent communication skills
