Hours: Full time (37.5 hours)
Salary: Excellent rate of pay

Reporting to: Customer Services Manager
Specific Duties
* Assisting the Customer Services Manager
* Supervising stores area and staff
* Supervising functionality of stores and goods-in/despatch.
General Responsibilities
* Achieving high levels of customer satisfaction through excellence in receiving, identifying, dispatching and assuring quality of goods
* Assisting in measuring and reporting the effectiveness of warehousing activities and employee's performance.
* Assisting in organizing and maintaining inventory and storage area
* Handle confidential information with due care and maintain confidentiality
* Company stock and stock take
