ONE Emergency Patient Tracker URGENTLY needed for an immediate start to work in the Emergency Department in Causeway Hospital. This is a temporary ongoing position set to last for a minimum of 3 months with a strong possibility of extension, the hours of work will be rota based which is done 4 weeks in advance. The successful candidate must be fully flexible as the rota will include a mixture of different shifts when needed, including night shifts. This position will pay £13.57 per hour Monday to Friday, £17.64 per hour on a Saturday/Night Shifts and £21.71 per hour on a Sunday. As an Emergency Patient Tracker you will be responsible for providing administration support to the patient flow team. This requires updating and maintaining patient information and keeping the appropriate staff informed. The successful post holder must have strong communication skills and escalate any issues which are delaying the patient journey. This post requires someone who has experience prioritising tasks and the ability to communicate in a professional manner. What We Need From You 5 GCSES at Grade A-C including English Language and Maths 2 years experience in a clerical/administrative role Working experience of Computerised Information Systems e.g. Microsoft word, excel Previous experience showcasing good organisational and multitasking skills would be desirable What We Will Offer You £13.57 - £21.71 per hour Full Induction and Training provided into the role A minimum of 28 days holiday pay (Pro Rata) Inclusion into companies pension scheme
