Job Description:
Central Employment is working with a leading services provider to appoint a B2B Digital Marketing Campaign Executive to join an established in-house Marketing, Communications, and Events team.
Role Overview:
The Digital Marketing Campaign Executive will be responsible for reporting and reviewing performance marketing and PPC analytics, aiding strategic, data-driven decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop, implement, and manage multi-channel digital marketing campaigns to generate leads and support membership growth, ensuring timely execution and effective budgeting.
* Manage and optimise Google Ads campaigns, including search and display.
* Utilise Google Tag Manager for setting up triggers, tags, and custom conversions.
* Set up and report on campaign performance using GA4 and other analytics tools.
* Collaborate with teams to ensure campaign alignment and effective execution.
* Drive and measure email marketing, SEO, website optimisation, and automation efforts.
* Create targeted content for paid and organic social campaigns, including ads, carousels, and videos.
* Manage paid and organic social media campaigns via LinkedIn Marketing Solutions, monitoring budget, ROI, and KPIs.
* Test and optimise marketing tactics for lead nurturing and member acquisition, utilizing automation.
* Support ongoing improvement of acquisition strategies.
Experience Required:
* Proven experience in planning and executing high-impact B2B digital campaigns with measurable ROI.
* Hands-on experience with Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and other paid media platforms.
* Proficiency with WordPress and content management systems.
* Experience with Google Tag Manager and event tracking setup.
* Strong skills in GA4 for data-driven decision making.
* Experience with LinkedIn lead generation campaigns and audience targeting.
* Ability to manage relationships across various organizational levels.
* Deep knowledge of LinkedIn Marketing Solutions and lead generation strategies.
