Working in a busy, vibrant but friendly office, you will support account managers managing multiple client accounts across various industry sectors.
The Role
* Day-to-day phone and email communication with clients.
* Answer end consumer queries, including issue refunds.
* Deal with couriers.
* General administration tasks.
* Compile reports.
* Quote customers for ad-hoc services or requests.
* Liaise with suppliers and account managers.
Skills and Experience
* Great interpersonal skills.
* Ability to multi-task.
* Excellent IT skills and ability to pick up new software packages.
* Experience working in a busy office environment.
* Good customer service skills and attention to detail.
* Flexibility to work alone or as part of a team.
* Previous proven experience in a commercial customer service/administration environment.
