Overview
As a Registered Nurse, you will deliver high-quality care and be the face of Sciensus, providing holistic one-to-one care in the patient’s home. You will be part of an ambitious team, offering personalised support. Based in Wrexham, you will travel regionally to deliver specialist treatment and make a real difference in people’s lives every day.
Responsibilities
* Administer a range of IV therapies as specified in patient care plans and maintain professional standards to ensure safe, high-quality nursing care.
* Deliver patient-focused care tailored to individual needs and build strong relationships with patients, stakeholders, and support networks to facilitate treatment and recovery.
* Travel regionally to visit patients at home and deliver specialist treatment.
Qualifications
* Registered General Nurse
* Competence in administering IV therapies, venepuncture, and sub-cutaneous injections; cannulation skills are advantageous
* Experience in conducting holistic clinical assessments
* A full UK driving licence is essential for regional home visits

* Salary £34,000 - £39,000 per year, plus a comprehensive benefits package.
