Role Overview
The Account Manager plays a key role in driving commercial growth by building strong, long-term relationships with a portfolio of customers. This is an opportunity to take real ownership of customer partnerships, influence outcomes, and contribute directly to the success of a growing business.

Key Responsibilities
* Manage and progress sales opportunities.
* Handle inbound customer enquiries and coordinate internally where required.
* Take ownership of a defined customer portfolio and build effective working relationships.
* Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts through repeat business and additional services.
* Proactively identify new contacts or opportunities within existing relationships.
* Monitor customer activity and identify accounts at risk of disengagement.
* Deliver a consistently high standard of customer service.
* Participate in team meetings and contribute to shared objectives.
About you:
* Experience in an account management or customer-facing sales role
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
* Confident use of CRM systems and standard business tools
* Commercially aware and target-focused
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
* Self-motivated and comfortable working as part of a team
