Corporate Commercial Solicitor (Legal Director), 7+ Years PQE, Worcester, GBP 85,000+ (DOE) : We are currently looking for an ambitious Legal Director to join this growing team and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of this impressive department. JOB REF: 2009.
THE ROLE:
- You will be responsible for delivering exceptional advice to a broad range of individual and business clients across all aspects of corporate and commercial work
- Your caseload will include drafting, negotiating and advising on a full suite of commercial agreements: terms of business, supply and distribution agreements, service agreements, franchise agreements, asset and share purchase agreements, shareholder, LLP and partnership agreements.
- You will build strong professional networks and represent the firm within the local business community.
- Be confident and capable of mentoring and supervising more junior members of the team.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Applications are sought from Corporate Commercial Solicitors with a minimum of 7 Years PQE with the ability to manage a diverse and busy caseload independently.
- It is essential that you have outstanding attention to detail, excellent planning and organisational skills, and confidence in working to deadlines.
- A commitment to outstanding client care, with strong communication skills and the ability to handle matters with diplomacy, sensitivity and professionalism.
