Marshfields School is a 191-place special provision for students aged 7 – 16 with Learning Difficulties. We are expanding the school and therefore need to expand our staffing structure to ensure that it is closely tailored to meet the needs of the students that now need a place at Marshfields School.
We had our most recent Ofsted inspection in September 2023 and we are extremely pleased that the overall effectiveness of the school has been graded as Good and the school has been recognised for all the hard work that goes on every day here.
Every student at the school has an Education, Healthcare Plan (EHCP). Typical levels of triangulated functioning:
·A cognitive profile at or below 2nd percentile
·Attainment in the core subjects will be significantly below chronologicalage expectations (at least four years behind, but no more than 6 years below their peers)
