Personal Assistants (Support Workers) support individuals with learning disabilities, providing daily personal care, moving and handling, positive behavioural support, and expanding social networks.
Responsibilities
* Assist with personal care activities such as bathing, dressing, and feeding.
* Provide moving and handling support, ensuring safety during transfers.
* Deliver positive behavioural support and encourage independence.
* Expand social networks and promote choice and independence.
Qualifications
