As a Service Advisor, you'll be the key point of contact for customers throughout their vehicle's time on site. You'll play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive an outstanding service experience from start to finish.
The Role
* Acting as the main contact for customers during their service or repair visit.
* Managing all service walk-in enquiries on behalf of the dealership.
* Liaising across departments to provide accurate and competitive quotes for required work.
* Checking in and handing over vehicles, ensuring all details are correctly recorded.
* Identifying and upselling additional work where appropriate.
* Ensuring all activities meet Volkswagen's brand and service standards.
To be successful in this role, you'll have:
* Excellent administration, communication, and interpersonal skills to manage customer interactions and workshop scheduling.
* Experience in a customer-focused role — ideally within the automotive industry (though this isn't essential).
* A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
