The Role
This role offers excellent transactional experience, with opportunities to handle a purely agricultural caseload, advising on costs, registered and unregistered land law, public rights of way. You will draft all required legal documents and letters, progressing files from instruction through to completion. The role includes a large amount of client contact; you will conduct regular meetings with clients to ensure all matters are progressed efficiently and to the client’s satisfaction. Ideal lawyers will possess the ability to business develop within the Norwich market and have a real interest in specialising in this area of law.
The Candidate
Ideal candidates are Qualified Solicitors or Legal Executives with experience of a full and varied caseload of agriculture/commercial property matters. Prior experience of independently handling an agriculture caseload is advantageous, but support and training is provided for someone genuinely keen to develop a successful career in this area. Candidates should demonstrate keen eye for detail and a proven ability to provide a high‑quality service. At least 1 year’s experience in property‑related matters is required. Superb opportunity for a qualified lawyer or soon‑to‑be qualified solicitor or legal executive with a genuine passion for rural property affairs.
