Responsibilities
Responsibilities of this role:
* Support the Team Manager in the day-to-day operational management of the Learning Disabilities team.
* Supervise and support social workers and support staff, ensuring effective case management and professional development.
* Contribute to service planning, performance monitoring, and quality assurance.
* Ensure compliance with statutory responsibilities and safeguarding procedures.
* Promote person-centred approaches and co-production with service users and their families.
* Liaise with partner agencies to ensure integrated and effective service delivery.
* Manage complex cases and provide guidance on risk management and best practice.
Requirements
Requirements of this role:
* Must be a Qualified Social Worker, registered with Social Work England.
* Must have minimum of 3 years post qualifying social work experience
