We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to join our client based in Inverness.
The purpose of the role is to build long-term relationships and provide tailored solutions to meet the diverse needs of clients/customers. Reporting directly to the Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in developing and expanding sales in Scotland. As part of a collaborative team, your focus will be on managing customer expectations, offering competitive products and ensuring smooth administrative support to drive sales growth.
Duties include:
Sales Development: Proactively engage with existing and potential customers to expand sales. Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
Customer Management: Manage customer expectations, ensuring they receive exceptional service and tailored solutions. Address any concerns or queries efficiently.
Product Offering: Stay informed about the products and services offered in the market, ensuring that customers are presented with the best options to meet their needs.
Negotiation & Closing: Lead discussions and negotiations with customers to achieve sales targets while maintaining profitability and customer satisfaction.
Administrative Support: Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks related to sales, including order processing, preparing quotations, ensuring accurate records are maintained.
Market Knowledge: Maintain awareness of industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes that may impact sales and customer expectations.
Person Specification:
* Previous experience in a sales or commercial role.
* Strong negotiation and communication skills, ability to build and maintain relationships.
