Finance Assistant - Temp to Perm
We are currently recruiting for a motivated and enthusiastic Finance Assistant to join a growing organisation operating within a regulated, fast-paced sector. This is an excellent temp-to-perm opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in finance, with full training and support provided.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Supporting day-to-day finance and administrative activities
2. Assisting with processing invoices, payments, and expenses
3. Maintaining accurate financial records and systems
4. Supporting reconciliations and basic financial reporting
5. Working closely with the wider finance team to ensure smooth operations
6. Liaising with HR, Operations, and internal stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely financial support
7. Learning and developing finance processes with ongoing training and guidance
About You:
8. A genuine interest in finance and a desire to build a career in the field
9. Proactive, eager to learn, and willing to take initiative
10. Strong attention to detail with a positive, can-do attitude
11. Well organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks
12. Comfortable using Microsoft Excel and IT systems (training provided where required)
13. No previous finance experience required - this role is open to entry-level candidates
The Opportunity:
14. Temp-to-perm position with a clear pathway to permanent employment
15. Equivalent perm salary circa £27,000 per annum
16. Full-time hours (37.5 per week)
