Graduate Construction Project Manager – Birmingham (2026 Start)

We are looking for a Graduate Construction Project Manager to join our Project Management Teams across the UK & Ireland. The role is ideal for recent graduates with a passion for delivering high quality construction projects.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist project managers to drive projects forward from concept to construction and operation.
* Regular liaison with clients, design team, consultants, contractors and stakeholder parties.
* Support procurement activities, including supply chain management.
* Take part in site visits and meetings, providing reports on progress and cost.
* Help coordinate the project team, manage schedules and key tasks.
* Maintain data management and project documentation.
* Assist in ensuring deadlines are met and value is added to client projects.
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree (minimum 2:1) in Project Management, Construction Project Management, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering.
* Master’s degree or relevant work experience is an advantage.
* RICS / CIOB accreditation preferred.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Proactive, motivated and capable of working effectively in a diverse team.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
