About The Affiliated Organization

NestingPlay was created to help connect with and understand children who face challenges such as attention difficulties, sensory issues, or behavioral concerns. We've developed a simple approach that helps build genuine connections—where these difficulties aren’t seen as barriers, but as starting points for engagement. Our methods are easy to grasp, can be used by anyone without special training, and don’t require special financial investment. We believe that all children are able to connect; you just need to find the right way to reach them. Our mission is to help children who come from tough backgrounds—whether it's because they have attention issues, sensory challenges, anxiety, or are dealing with a lot of stress—feel like they’re part of something bigger, a shared experience. We genuinely believe that forming connections, working together, and just enjoying each other's company isn’t a privilege but a basic right for all children.

Job Description

We need someone who can help us build our brand for impact. Guide us through a very detailed strategy on how to build our communication on social platforms. We want to engage more customers and beneficiaries. We would like the volunteer to write a very detailed strategy that we could easily adapt and implement. Your work will be important because we are amongst the very rare NGOs who are focusing on undiagnosed children who might have challenges with attention, working memory and behaviour. Their number are growing steadily and we would like to help them fulfil their potentials but for this we need to reach more and more people. Please let us know today if you can help!

Volunteer Logistics

Estimated hours required per week: 10

The estimated duration of the project is: 1-3 months

This position is Virtual (Remote)

Language Requirements

Hungarian; English

Desired Skills And Experience

Strategic Thinking & Insight Development:

* Ability to translate complex goals or social issues into clear, audience-centered narratives.
* Skilled at analyzing audiences, trends, and contexts to find key insights (“what makes people care?”).
* Comfortable working from research data and turning it into actionable creative direction.

Creative Concept Development

* Experienced in generating campaign ideas and messaging that emotionally connect with people.
* Can build a unifying creative concept (a “big idea”) that ties together visuals, tone, and storytelling.
* Knows how to brief and collaborate with designers, copywriters, and videographers.

Communication Strategy & Brand Narrative

* Can define tone of voice, storytelling framework, and messaging hierarchy.
* Understands how to align the creative direction with the brand’s mission, audience, and goals.
* Able to ensure consistency across all channels (social, web, events, press, etc.).

Cultural & Social Sensitivity

* Deep understanding of cultural context — especially important if the communication involves diverse or vulnerable groups.
* Sensitivity to representation, inclusion, and ethical storytelling.
* Able to adapt global messages to local relevance.

Digital And Channel Strategy

* Knows how different channels work (social media, website, newsletters, campaigns, partnerships).
* Can decide which platforms best serve which audience and how to tailor content per channel.
* Understands metrics like reach, engagement, and conversion — and uses them to refine strategy.
