The Daylesford Organic Farm was founded over 20 years ago and has since become renowned for its pioneering work in sustainable, organic farming and luxury farm shops in London and the Cotswolds.
Set amidst our working organic farm in the Cotswolds, you can't get much closer to the source than in our farm shop, stocked with fruit and vegetables harvested daily from our market garden, pasture-raised meat from our own farms, artisan bread from our bakery and award-winning cheese from our creamery, all just steps away.
Next to the farm shop you'll find our home ware, collections and household goods that celebrate natural materials, a beautiful garden space, our wine store with a collection of wines chosen carefully by Daylesford's team of wine specialists and not forgetting our Michelin Green Star dining room and outside courtyards for wood fired pizzas or organic small plates using produce straight from the farm.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for passionate and enthusiastic Retail Associates to join our team in delivering exceptional customer experience in a beautifully curated farm shop at the Daylesford Organic Farm.

Fulltime – 32-40 Hours.
£12.38 per hour
Weekly pay planned from October 2025.
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Welcome and engage customers with genuine care and product knowledge.
* Deliver an elevated retail experience that reflects Daylesford values of wellness and sustainability.
* Build lasting customer relationships and a loyal client base through thoughtful service.
* Share insights into our collections, ingredients, and brand philosophy.
* Support visual merchandising and maintain a pristine, inviting store environment.
* Collaborate with your team to meet sales targets and exceed expectations.
SKILLS YOU WILL BRING
* Previous retail experience, preferably with luxury retail or lifestyle brands, but not essential.
* Keeping the environment buzzing with good vibes and great service.
* Strong communication skills and a natural ability to connect with people.
* A proactive, positive attitude and a commitment to excellence.
* Flexibility to work weekends and peak trading periods.
* Having fun while working in a fast-paced, friendly environment.
