About the Role
As our Social Media Executive based in Manila, you’ll blend community-building wizardry with hands-on content creation. You’ll be the architect of our social community channels, strategizing discussions, moderating groups, and rolling up your sleeves to shoot, edit, and publish scroll-stopping photo and video content.
What You’ll Do
1. Community Building & Growth
2. Own and accelerate branded Facebook Groups and community hubs—spark daily conversations, welcome new members, and drive active participation
3. Develop creative activations (polls, challenges, live Q&As) that keep parents and families coming back for more
4. Iterate rapidly on community tactics—test, learn, pivot, repeat—to sustain momentum
5. Content Capture & Creation
6. Attend on-site activations to shoot high-quality photos and videos
7. Edit raw footage into snackable social clips, Stories, Reels and behind-the-scenes posts
8. Social Strategy & Calendar Management
9. Plan and execute a monthly content calendar aligned to brand pillars, local events and community insights
10. Proactively recommend content themes and formats based on social monitoring and trends
11. Cross-Functional Collaboration
12. Partner with creative and social outreach teammates to integrate community insights into social efforts
13. Support weekly updates, deliver monthly performance reports and propose next-level ideas
14. Analytics & Optimization
15. Monitor engagement, membership growth and content metrics—derive insights to refine community tactics
16. Report on key KPIs and iterate quickly to boost performance
Who We’re Looking For
17. Content Creator & Community Champion: 2–4 years in social media or community management, ideally on brands targeting Filipino parents and families
18. Agile & Growth-Hungry: You thrive on rapid change, embrace feedback, and constantly seek new ways to learn and scale impact
19. Native Social Storyteller: Comfortable shooting and editing photo/video content on mobile
20. Facebook Group Pro: Proven track record in launching or scaling Groups and driving active participation
21. Data-Minded & Strategic: You turn community feedback and analytics into actionable ideas
22. Excellent Communicator: Strong Filipino and English writing skills, with a tone that feels warm, witty and authentic
23. Hands-On Doer: You thrive in fast-paced environments and aren’t afraid to get involved at every level
