Responsibilities
* Provide an inclusive, stimulating environment that meets the diverse needs of every child and supports their overall development.
* Implement and review effective procedures to monitor, assess, and enhance the quality of care and educational practice.
* Promote clear, open, and professional communication with children, colleagues, parents, and carers.
* Build and maintain supportive and collaborative working relationships within the staff team.
* Ensure all nursery policies, procedures, and daily practices are fully aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
* Contribute to setting, monitoring, and reviewing individual staff objectives and professional development goals.
* Take responsibility for leading a playroom and carry out additional managerial duties when necessary.
* Oversee spending and ensure financial resources are managed in accordance with agreed budgets.
Qualifications
* Minimum of a Level 3 qualification in Early Years
