An opportunity has arisen for a
Wedding & Events Coordinator Casa and Peak Edge Hotel
to join our hospitality teams. We are looking for a candidate with a positive, bubbly personality to share our passion for the hospitality industry in delivering service excellence with a smile. You should be motivated by client satisfaction and enjoy the challenge of organising weddings at two first class venues in Derbyshire.
The ideal candidate will be organised, an excellent communicator, have exceptional attention to detail and the passion to go the extra mile for our customers. Previous experience within a similar role is essential for the right candidate.

Responsibilities:
· Responding to all enquiries Wedding and Events in a timely, confident & professional manner, taking every opportunity to up sell and identify sales opportunities.
· Ensuring a high conversion rate of enquiries to sales.
· Conducting client show rounds and appointments, displaying a clear & comprehensive knowledge of the venue, menus, and packages.
· Producing detailed proposals for prospective clients and client contracts, liaising to ascertain their precise event requirements, and ensuring clients aware of the full terms of business.
· Cash handling, understanding of financial aspects of the job and working alongside sales targets.
· Liaising with the operational team to ensure all event details are handed over so that service is delivered to meet and exceed the client expectations.
· Experience in managing CRM systems and creation of events sheets
· Managing the outsourcing of provisions for each event where required.
· Ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction- before, during and after the event.
· Conducting post event feedback requests to check satisfaction and secure repeat business if appropriate.
· Support the events sales team with handling of Christmas enquiries and Special events.
· Holding strong working relationships with all departments, including, kitchen, front of house and head office.
· Organising and participating in Wedding Showcase and Wedding Fairs at the venues
