About the Role
You’ll provide essential support to a female client with quadriplegic cerebral palsy, scoliosis, learning difficulties, and severe visual impairment. She is a wheelchair user and lives at home with her family. Your responsibilities will include:
* Medication administration via gastrostomy
* Nebuliser support
* Manual handling and safe transfers
* Personal care and assistance with daily living activities
Hours
2:1 support, 10am–8pm. Weekend flexibility is appreciated but not essential.

Your Responsibilities
* Provide personal care with dignity and respect
* Assist with mobility and safe repositioning
* Help with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and errands
* Offer emotional support and companionship
* Monitor and report changes in health and well‑being
What We’re Looking For
* A compassionate, reliable nature and a genuine desire to help others
* Minimum 6 months care experience
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and bank holidays
* Ability to pass an Enhanced DBS check
