The HR Enablement Lead, EMEA, plays a key operational role in supporting and advancing the HR Enablement function across EMEA. This position leads a regional team responsible for executing HR initiatives, streamlining daily HR operations, and enhancing the employee experience in alignment with Hasbro’s culture and values. Working closely with HR Business Partners (HRBPs), Centers of Excellence (COEs), HR Enablement Operations, and business leaders, the HR Enablement Lead champions employee-centric solutions and drives HR excellence across the region.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead, mentor, and develop a team of regional HR professionals to deliver high-quality support and services that enhance the employee experience.
2. Collaborate with COEs and HRBPs to execute key HR programs in the region, including talent management, employee engagement, learning and development, career coaching, mentoring, employee relations, and performance management.
3. Partner with the global HR Enablement team and regional stakeholders to execute initiatives that support a seamless and engaging employee lifecycle.
4. Align with global enablement leadership on regional priorities, ensuring effective execution of HR strategies in support of broader organizational goals.
5. Serve as a trusted partner and advisor to regional leadership, providing expert guidance on HR-related matters and advocating for best practices and policies that support the company culture.
6. Act as a voice for employees, offering insight into workforce sentiment, organizational dynamics, and morale.
7. Ensure compliance with regional employment laws and internal policies, mitigating risk and managing legal issues as necessary.
8. Leverage HR data and analytics to inform strategy, drive improvements, and optimize employee satisfaction and operational efficiency.
9. Collaborate with HR Enablement Operations to deliver seamless, consistent, and efficient HR support across the region.
10. Lead change management efforts related to organizational growth, transformation, and process improvements, minimizing disruption to the business.
Skills and Qualifications
11. Strong expertise in HR operations/execution, systems, and best practices.
12. Proven ability to drive operational excellence and continuous improvement across diverse HR functions.
13. Experience working in a global or multi-regional environment, with a deep understanding of cultural nuances in the EMEA region.
14. Exceptional problem-solving skills, capable of addressing a wide range of complex HR issues independently.
Education and Experience Requirements
15. An accreditation from the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development (CIPD) or a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field would be advantageous.
16. Proven hands-on HR experience, with strong leadership experience spanning multiple EMEA countries.
17. Demonstrated success in leading HR teams and delivering impactful HR strategies that align with business goals.
18. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization.
19. Experience managing competing priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
20. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to deliver data-driven and pragmatic solutions.
